Easy Crockpot Beef Ramen

2 min read

If you need an easy dinner that takes almost no effort, you have to try this Crockpot Beef Ramen! The chuck roast cooks low and slow all day until it’s fall-apart tender, and when you’re ready for dinner, all you have to do is cook your ramen noodles and put everything together.

This is such a good busy-day dinner because the crockpot does most of the work for you!

Here’s exactly how I made my Crockpot Beef Ramen!

Crockpot Beef Ramen

Ingredients

  • 1 beef chuck roast, about 2½ lbs.

  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic

  • 4 cups beef broth

  • ⅓ cup soy sauce

  • 4 packages ramen noodles, seasoning packets discarded

Optional Toppings

  • Sriracha

  • Soft-boiled eggs

  • Sliced green onions

  • Chili crisp

  • Sesame seeds

  • Your favorite ramen toppings

Directions

  1. Place the chuck roast into your crockpot.

  2. Season the roast with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Add the minced garlic.

  3. Pour the beef broth and soy sauce into the crockpot around the roast.

  4. Cover and cook on LOW for approximately 8 hours or HIGH for approximately 4 hours, until the beef is tender and easily pulls apart with a fork.

  5. When you’re ready to eat, remove the roast from the crockpot and shred the beef. Return the shredded beef to the crockpot and stir it into the broth.

  6. Cook 4 packages of ramen noodles on the stove according to the package directions. Discard the seasoning packets since the beef and broth are already seasoned.

  7. Drain the ramen noodles.

  8. You can either add all of the cooked ramen directly into the crockpot and toss everything together, or add the ramen noodles to individual bowls and spoon the shredded beef and broth over the top.

Finish with any toppings you like and enjoy!

A Few Notes

I kept ours really simple and added a little sriracha on top because that’s what I had on hand, but this would be SO good with a soft-boiled egg and green onions too!

If you’re using regular beef broth and regular soy sauce instead of low-sodium versions, you may want to use less added salt and season to taste at the end.
