CHORE CHART

We are finally implementing a chore chart that I think will work for our family!!! We have only been using it for a few days and it seems to be going great. We will definitely tweak things as needed throughout the weeks as well. You can download the FREE chore by clicking any of the pictures below.

I decided to print two chore charts to one page since I have two kiddos. You could definitely do more to a page or print just one to a page.
I wrote out the chores each of my kids are responsible for and as they do these chores each day they get a dot. Not every chore will be done every day of the week.
Bonus checks are earned for doing things without being asked or even amazing behavior.
Fines are given when there is bad behavior or not doing something they've been asked to do.
Each dot, bonus check and fine are worth 50 cents. So we will add up all their dots and bonus checks on Sunday evenings to get the total amount they earned for the week. We will then ask them to pay us back any fines they were given.
My kids also have TITHE, SPEND, and SAVE jars to keep their money. They will tithe 10%, save 10%, and then they are free to spend the rest on whatever their little hearts desire.
Like, I said, we've only been using this chore chart for a few days, so I will keep you all updated on how it's going in a few weeks and make any necessary adjustments.
